Vector files can be edited in many graphic programs, for example: Corel Draw, Quark, Xara, Macromedia Freehand, PMView, and certainly Any Adobe Software Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. can be used to open and edit vectors. As for me, I prefer yo use Adobe Illustrator!
