Vector files can be edited in various graphic programs, for example: Xara, Corel Draw, PMView, Flash, Quark, and of course All Adobe programs Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc. can be used to open and edit vectors. As for me, I prefer to use Illustrator CS3!
